AgilePM® is a two-day, APMG accredited course providing delegates with a solid foundation in the Agile Business Consortium Agile Project Management framework.  This course is delivered in partnership with Agilesphere, specialist in defining agile, digital transformation and delivery strategies at all levels. 

Unique to Daysha DevOps, this course will be delivered by Peter Stansbury, author of AgilePM® and acknowledged leading light in the area of Agile Transformation.

Course Details

Agile PM Foundation is designed to help delegates adopt an Agile approach to project and programme management.  It is led by skilled Agile practitioners with extensive experience in Agile application, coaching and training.  The focus is on the practical application of Agile within a project management context and are highly interactive sessions.

Delegates should set aside additional time to revise for the Foundation exam outside of the course hours. Revision includes studying the course handbook and working through sample exam questions.  The Foundation exam is a 40-minute, multiple choice exam with 50 questions. The pass mark for the exam is 50%.

  • Set up an Agile project
  • Identify appropriate people for Agile roles and ensure all responsibility areas are covered
  • Define increments and time boxes to enable timely delivery at an Agile pace
  • How to plan and demonstrate control in an Agile environment
  • Effectively prioritise requirements using the MoSCoW approach
  • Communicate with business stakeholders in a project environment
  • Identify risks to delivery of projects managed using the AgilePM approach Pre-requisites

Who should attend?  Although primarily aimed at project manager all team members will benefit as all aspects of Agile delivery are covered.

Pre-Requisites:  There are no pre-requisites for this course though some experience in Agile environments or other projects will be of benefit
